Princess Cruises now offers innovative on-board fitness programs for adults and kids alike.

Take a spinning class, learn new flexibility exercises, take a class in core strengthening, cardio training, mind/body connection and others.

Fitness@Sea program is offered fleetwide. Princess ships with Movies Under the Stars additionally offer morning exercise sessions on the 300-square-foot-screens.

Kids and teens ages 3 to 17 will be able to learn yoga with a focus on coordination, breathing, balance and emotional strength. Classes are complimentary and range from 30 minutes to one hour in length.

For additional fitness fun, Princess Cruises offers Wii Fit games on all the ships.
